OUR COMPANY

MOSTO MAT S.A. was founded in 1987 by resolution of the Board of Materia Hnos. S.A.C.I.F., a family company with more than 55 years of experience in the production of oleochemical products of the highest international quality. Our original project was aimed at producing Rectified Grape Juice Concentrate (RGJC), taking advantage of the fact that the technology used for its production was the same as the one used years ago by Materia Hnos S.A.C.I.F. in its pharmacopeia glycerin production plant. Therefore, it was a well-known technology for us and the equipment and plant was already designed.

MOSTO MAT S.A. is strategically located in the Province of San Juan, an area with premium raw material (grapes) and with the ideal soil and clime conditions to elaborate our products. The technology used was purchased from the company Fratelli Gianazza, in Legnano, Milan, Italy, widely known for the quality of its equipment and excellent expertise. In 1993, the plant assembly works were finished and the production of Standard and Rectified Grape Juice Concentrate started. Then, in 2002, we obtained the certification of HACCP standards, and we are currently certified with the FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION (FSSC) 22000 – Bureau Veritas Certification, which guarantees the quality and safety of our products both locally and internationally.
